Sessions are £60 for 50 minutes, whether online or face‑to‑face.
I keep things simple and transparent so the practical side of therapy doesn’t get in the way of the work itself. No hidden costs. No required number of sessions. We move at a pace that feels right for you.
If money feels like a barrier, please don’t worry about naming it. I hold a small number of reduced‑fee spaces when available, and we can explore together what might be possible.
Beginning therapy can feel like a significant step, whether it’s your first time or you’re returning to the work with someone new. It’s completely normal to feel unsure, hopeful, cautious, or all of these at once. My intention is to make that first meeting feel steady, unhurried, and grounded.
Our sessions are 50 minutes, usually held weekly, but we can discuss that depending on what feels right for you. You don't need to arrive with a plan or a polished story. We begin wherever you are, with whatever feels present, tangled, quiet, or unfinished.
The first session is simply a chance for us to meet. You can share as much or as little as you like. We'll explore what brings you here, what you're hoping for, and how we might work together. There's no pressure to commit; the decision to continue is always yours.
Over time, the work becomes a shared space where you can bring the parts of your life that feel heavy, confusing, or unspoken, as well as the parts that feel hopeful, emerging, or ready for change. My role is to offer presence, curiosity, and a steady relationship where your experience can unfold at its own pace.
You can choose to meet online or in person, depending on what feels most comfortable and supportive for you.
Online sessions offer flexibility and can be helpful if you prefer the privacy of your own space, have a busy schedule, or find it easier to settle when you’re at home. Sessions are held via a secure video call, so all you need is a smartphone or computer, a quiet room, and a stable connection.
In-person sessions take place in a calm, private room in central Shrewsbury where we can sit together without interruption. Some people find the physical space helpful for grounding, routine, or a sense of separation from everyday life.
There is no right or wrong choice. We can talk about what might suit you best, and you’re welcome to change your mind as the work unfolds.
