 We deliver sessions for teams, schools, creatives, community groups, and organisations who care about mental health, culture, and connection. All workshops are available in-person or online.

• Modern Masculinity - Rethinking strength, softness, and emotional literacy beyond stereotypes.
• Online Misogyny and the Manosphere - A visually-led workshop that uses Adolescence to unpack online misogyny and guide counsellors through the digital masculinity maze.
• Equality, Diversity & Inclusion - Real conversations about difference, privilege, identity and belonging — with practical takeaways, not just buzzwords.
• Mental Health in Alt & Creative Spaces - Supporting the well-being of neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, tattooed, queer, and chronically unique humans.
• Emotionally Literate Leadership - How to model openness and vulnerability in leadership without losing authority.
• Building Brave Spaces - Moving beyond “safe” to create environments where people can be real.
